suffer physically and emotionally from this painful, daily, debilitating condition

You make it possible for volunteers at PNA to serve those affected by pudendal neuralgia,

which includes their families, especially if they are a single parent, a parent, a caregiver for a mentally

or severely disabled person, or a sick and declining parent.

 

Your gift allows us to greatly increase awareness of the disease among doctors and the public,

fund and support clinical trials, double-blind studies, create interest and excitement in the pelvic

pain management specially there is such a scarcity of specialists, and one by one they are moving to

cash-only businesses because pudendal neuralgia suffers are so desperate for help they will borrow from

their house, 401K, or take out a loan to see these doctors and nothing is guaranteed because the last 10

years have been wasted by the medical community. This leaves most sufferers who are not able to afford.

travel, lodging, and tens of thousands of dollars for a procedure.

WE PLAN TO CHANE THAT.  We intend to expedite research that is not being done because all

of the neuralgias are considered rare and therefore not worth financial investment. 

200,000 Americans is not enough to put money into research and create effective treatments to cure

patients so that they can return to a normal life, work, and care for those who depend on them.

We will find doctors who do care about their patients and want to learn, want to travel to

travel to France or the train with the few experts in the U.S who accept insurance.
